Here is a step by step guide to book your Wedding Marquee with Hatch Marquee Hire.

Site Visits


If you are ready to take the next step, then meeting for a site visit will be one of the most important factors in deciding upon your choice of marquee. At this meeting, we will:

 

  • discuss your ideas for your day, choose a suitable layout, and chat about the look you would like to create
  • show you our extensive portfolio of photos
  • talk through the different options and finishes
  • assess the site and advise on the positioning of your marquee.


Following your site visit we will send you an estimate detailing all items, enabling you to see exactly what you are ordering and the associated costs. To arrange a free no obligation site visit, please call or email - we can arrange both weekday and weekend appointments.

Booking Your Marquee


Once you are happy to proceed, we will send you a contract itemising everything for your event, and a 30% deposit invoice. On receipt of your signed contract and deposit payment, your booking is fully confirmed.


Last Minute Changes


Inevitably when arranging any event there are some last-minute changes and wherever possible we will work with you to accommodate any minor alterations to your booking. All we ask is for you to confirm any changes e.g. furniture/guest numbers three weeks before your event.


Final Payments


We send a final invoice 10 days prior to your event and ask that payment is made prior to the setup of your marquee.


Installation & Dismantling Your Marquee


We generally set up our marquees on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays and dismantle on Mondays and Tuesdays. Special arrangements for delivery can be made if your site has access restrictions.
